In order to have use of Hilton meeting rooms and the Raphael Ballroom without per day rental charges, we have a contractual obligation during our convention to spend $9,000 on food and beverages (F&B) through Hilton Banquet Services. Unfortunately, food and beverages purchased at the Lobby Bar and at the Hearth Café do not count toward that obligation. We hope you will consider these meal choices to help offset our F&B requirement at the Hilton.

OPTION 1 – Looking for something quick to eat on Friday after the All Member Kick-Off? Order a Boxed Lunch for the all-inclusive price of $22.50 and you can pick it up on your way out of that event. You can even order a second boxed lunch to stick in your mini-fridge for Saturday.

OPTION 2 – Don’t have a planned chorus meal after Saturday’s contest? No need to find a local restaurant, travel there and try to get back in time for the Show of Champions! For an all-inclusive price of $31, you can stay on site and have a Dinner Buffet before the SOC.

Your RMT and the Convention Steering Committee members are working diligently to limit expenses in order to offset financial challenges at our Regional convention. We hope you will consider one of the optional meal choices to help offset the F&B requirement at the Hilton.
