Support your Great Gulf Coast Region 10 convention by purchasing a regional contest shirt, available in various styles and sizes, with something for everyone! This convention apparel fundraising campaign runs through February 21st. Shirts ordered by this deadline will arrive prior to the convention so that you can show up ready to wear your regional spirit at our event!
Want to make a real impact at our annual convention? Volunteer! It’s a fantastic way to connect with fellow members, gain valuable experience, and help ensure a smooth and successful event. Our convention relies on the enthusiasm and quick thinking of volunteers throughout our convention, including before/during/after the competition sessions – it really does take a village! Ordering a Boxed Lunch for the upcoming convention is a convenient way to grab a satisfying meal and skip the hassle of finding food elsewhere during the busy contest weekend. Our Holiday Inn hotel rooms come equipped with a refrigerator. You can order multiple sandwiches and store them in your room for a quick and easy meal option during the weekend. Orders must be received by March 3rd to allow the hotel time to process and prepare our orders.

There will not be a Harmony Expo with vendors this year.
Get ready to amplify the energy and excitement of our annual competition event! Show your support for our friends and competitors with a Personal Pitch that will make their day shine brighter! In exchange for a $10 donation, you can submit words of encouragement, a celebration of their hard work, or a funny (but appropriate) inside joke! Your Personal Pitch will be shared with the live webcast audience, making this an unforgettable experience for everyone involved! Shoutouts will be read by our webcast hosts during the live broadcast, and all Personal Pitches will be posted to our Convention Hub following the competition.
Back by popular demand! Region 10 has an official webcast again this year for $30, which includes the Quartet Contest, Chorus Contest, Web-host Commentary, Competitor Interviews, Show of Champions, and delayed viewing for 2 weeks following our convention. Region 10 Hall of Famer Cheryl Pyle is back as our Host Anchor, with guest Co-Hosts Katy Dane (Friday) and Patty Cobb Baker (Saturday)!
This campaign is active through the end of our convention on March 22, 2025. Our goal is $15,000. While our membership numbers have decreased somewhat over the years, prices continue to rise. In order to keep the contest affordable for all, we are seeking sponsorships. Please visit our Sponsorship Campaign page and share our Sponsorship Letter with your family, friends and businesses that you frequent. If each member of Region 10 brings in just $100, we can exceed our goal, twice over! We look forward to a spectacular regional contest in March.
