FACULTY: KERRI MAUNEY
Kerri Mauney joined Sweet Adelines International in 1982 while a senior in high school. Along with judging in the Expression Category, she has been involved in a variety of roles at the chapter and regional level, most currently serving as the Director for The Woodlands Show Chorus and a past Education Coordinator for Great Gulf Coast Region 10.Â
While probably best known as a bass throughout Region 10, she is currently the Lead in Regale, the 2025 Diamond Division Quartet Champion.
She is a happily retired middle school choral director and Assistant Principal, now enjoying life without a bell schedule. She lives in Tomball, TX (northwest Houston) with her husband Jeff and 2 dachshunds. She enjoys coaching and supporting the choruses and quartets in her region, the simplicity of dinner with friends, catching a baseball game, and having the flexibility to get up and go when the opportunity arises.
